have been concentrating on a bunch of other projects of late hence the quiet on this here inter googles...

i recently decided to rid my space of about 30 tins of scraps... this is how it ended up. it looks like it took 5 minutes and i thought nill about it... on the contrary actually. executing this painting gave me even more respect for guys like FUTURA 2000, RHYME AND SMASH so name just a few....

MEXICO...

had the pleasure of painting a beautifull brick wall at Cafe Rama. was a beaut way to end my middle america trip. if you ever get to San Miguel, you wont be angry, and if you eat at Rama, you wont be hungry, Jason Mallof master chef. you may even run into a lady named Klaudia... she is powerful.

THOUGHT OF THE DAY....

today i wandered past a painting i did about 6 months ago. it was interresting to notice it in the stark winter conditions. it was just clinging to the wall i thought. the red i used has already started fading to orange. but still, there it is, just not as proud as it was.... or as warm.

got me thinking tho about the paintings we do around the traps and their life on the wall. as the fade, as they crumble, as they get crossed or demolished, they continue to live. infact sometimes i rekn they take on a more robust existance in our eyes, our communitys and the eyes of others...
